Post meds

I know everyone has tried different medications and was wondering for anyone taking a slow release forms, have they found them to last the 8 to 10 hours?

My son on concerta has found it to last about 5 hours.

Always remember that the max times listed are simply that. That does not mean that it will last that long with everyone. Since your sons medication is only lasting 5 hours you should bring this to the doctors attention so he can decide if the meds need to be adjusted or not. Hope this helps some.

Thanks.

I did talk with his doctor and yesterday we tried adding a pill around lunch time. It seemed to work great.

I hope he continues to go this way. What a difference and he must feel so much better, too.
