desertrat Newbie Join Date: Feb 2001 Posts: 4	Info for my mom My mom has recently been put on Fosamax (sp?) She would like to know what is in it? Does it contain any calcium? Also, what are some natural ways to improve or hold at bay osteoperosis? Thank you LE
