Talking Good News

I posted below about my problem with side effects from Fosamax. I stopped taking the Fosamax and after six days the side effects disappeared. I have been free of all side effects for one week. My voice is sort of raspy but, I may be coming down with a cold.

I am going to stay off Fosamax for three months and then ask my doctor if I can take Risedronate/Actonel.

I had to quite fosomax, too and my symptoms were similar to yours. I am just about to start on Actonel and am hoping this will be easier to tolerate.
