Post osteopenia and calcium

Hi,

I'm 34 and have osteopenia. Every calcium-magnesium supplement I try to take-with vitamin D or without, makes me feel weak and nauseaus. Sometimes I can manage for a week or so before starting to feel sick.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

About a month ago I found out I have osteopenia. I have started taking Viactiv (chewable calcium, vit D & K). I have been working up to 1500 mg. a day. Not there yet. Seems okay right now. You might try it if you have yet. The chewable is supposedly easier on your stomach. Take with meals.
