Post One flat foot, one arched, same body

I am an 49 years old, male. In 1998 I was found to have AVN, ( Osteonecrosis ) caused by an adverse reaction I had to two, epidural steroid injections into my spinal column. In May 1999, I had an right total hip replacement. Un-like Osteoporosis, which thins the bones... Osteonecrosis kills them.
I have never really recovered from the hip replacement. Still have to use a cane to get around. Can't get in or out of the shower with out the aid of crutches, and am still in non-stop daily pain in my butt, groin, femur and knee. I can walk around in the house with out the cane, but I pay for it later and can not walk outside, at all with out support. Recently, ( while watering the plants ) I spilled some water on the side walk and had to walk through it to get in the house. As I got to the front door, I turned around and saw my wet foot prints on the cement. I was born with very flat feet. My wet foot prints always looked like a large duck with toes. Now I have found that since my hip replacement, I have one very flat foot, ( my left ) and one very high arch, ( my right ) on the hip surgery side. I asked my doctor about it and he point blank told me he had never heard of any such thing. The fact remains, whether this dork wants to believe it or not.. I have an arch where there never was one, and it hurts to walk on it. I can't bear weight on it much and stand with my weight over my left, ( good ) leg. Can anyone help me with this? Anybody ever here of this?

Thanks
