Effects of Adderall

Has anyone experienced heartburn while taking Adderall? I've been taking it for 3 weeks now and it works great for my ADHD but the heartburn is killing me. What remedies, beside Zantac, have you tried? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Did not experience heartburn but it caused my heart to race. So much so that I could not tell if it helped with my attention problem.

I have used regular antacids, but more than that I have had trouble with 'loss of appetite'. My heart races sometimes as well, and actually had me very concerned just last night. I am not planning on taking this drug any longer as the side effects are worse than the increased concentration.

I didn't have heartburn, but had palpitations and a general anxious feeling in my chest. I've since switched to dexedrine with a little adderal and it works well. Adderal can affect your appetite--are you perhaps eating different foods/snacking/not snacking, etc., that could be contributing to your heartburn?
