Post living with fiance's ptsd

my fiance has ptsd and depression. the last 2 yr have been a trip. i love the man dearly and understand the trauma that he went through (orphange, foster home, vietnam, a 25 yr marriage dissolving, unethical practices by his last therapist-breaking confidentiality, letting his ex barge in and out of sessions, telling him to date another client so he "could heal") but what i have trouble with is the circular behavior, every little thing being a major poblem. he's seeing a different therapist and recently spent 10 days in the hospital which really helped until he came back to work after being off for 3 weeks. he signed a release of info so that i can communicate with his therapist so that helps, i can alert her when he's crashing. i desparately need a therapist but live in a small town where he, his ex, or his daughter have seen every therapist there is. the nearest therapists have only the same hours available that i work and they're 45 minutes from work so i would have to take off work for 3 hours and can't because i've used my vacation time to run my fiance back and forth to the hospital and dr that are 4 hours away. everything will be fine and then he'll say some bizare, off the wall thing and his information processing is getting weirder and weirder. thanks for listening! if you live with someone with ptsd - how do you cope??
