Effective PTSD treatment

I just wanted to tell you guys that there is a really effective way of dealing with PTSD - you don't have to live with it forever. A good friend of mine had this becasue of 2 traumas that he had within a short space of time. He used EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) - I really suggest you try it. My friend is a different person now.
