hydroco/apap - how generic?

i got a stash of hydroco/apap generic for vicoden. and im wondering if anyone knows how close it compares to vicoden as far as side effects and everything. the only thing im worried about is blood sugar complications, i dont know if it has anything to do with that or not, but i've had complications in the past with glucose -blood sugar. thanks, later.

they have the same active ingrediant, but you should probably check with the pharm or your doc to find out about the fillers. that's the only part that differs from the brand names
