Thumbs up Meaning of Thanksgiving-PD Support Group

Without getting too mushy, I just want to take stock of and thank all the individuals that post and communicate on this message board. The sharing of information is of more value to my overall sense of being than what any doctor can say or prescribe. (And I like my doctor very much).
I'm going in for a pre-DBS Surgery screening Wednesday Dec 20th, (@ BNI in Phoenix) and the first stimulator goes in, on or around Jan. 8th.
I'm looking forward to the future, and like Carole said, "I'm ready for another 47 years, God willing". In my case, I hope it's another 49 years, since I'm only 45.
Have a good holiday, a good day, and a good life.

Phil, I agree, I agree, the people on this forum are a great source of information, true inspiration and faith. May God bless each one and keep us safe. Let's remember, during this Thanksgiving season while we rush around, going to and fro, preparing for meal to just stop...slow down...take a little break...take a l o n g d e e p breath and think about and be thankful for the little things. Happy Thanksgiving
