Post If you want to live longer, die laughing

This was taken from USA Today. "can laughter keep you healthy? It is possible. Laughter helps keep life in balance and is a key part of a healthy lifestyle. Researchers say laughter helps produce NK cells, which fight infections, including pneumonia and bronchitis. Laughter helps also suppresses the release of cortisol, a hormone that weakens the immune system. It functions as a natural analgesic, which raises the body's pain threshold, and acts as a muscle relaxer. And laughter increases circulatory capacity and strenghens organs , helping the body to become more resistant to infection while boosting energy levels.

Looks like a "new miracle drug."

Bruce - where Iwork, I "shake hands" daily with another PD person. It's our inside joke that we don't have to make any special effort to "shake" -- tee hee. Lory
