Post Darrell et al: reducing dyskinisea

(Had a hard time getting here)

Although we pwps are unique and react differently to the drugs, I thought my experience might be helpful.I take Sinemet 6x per day plus four other PD drugs. In my case, I have got a little bold and, if at home so I won't hurt myself, I keep a close watch on the dyskinesia, and if I fell it is worse, I delay the next dose of Sinemet for as long as one hour later then the usual time and , so far, the dyskinesia is less severe and and no increase in off time. For me, it works better then changing the dose of Sinemet.

Same here Ruth, if I go past time I go into OFF mode. The med adjustment is starting to smooth out. The dsykensia is not as severe, less frequent, and shorter duration.
