Question Having HPV and kids???

I have HPV, and over the years it has gotten worse. But now i have no insurance to see what is going on inside.
The doctors told me that there would be a chance if i beared children that they could maybe catch the disease.
Also, is there any way anyone knows of to not contract the STD to a loved one whom does not have it, and still be natural??
Let me know
THanks

I have no idea how to protect a partner from it, but yes you can give it to an unborn child.
