Post Tagamet for warts

Anyone ever heard of taking Tagamet HB to get rid of warts?

I juat read something that said that Tagamet HB, (the heartburn medication) will get rid of warts, and that some doctors have been prescribing it for this.

I just went to the doctor for plantar warts on my feet. I also have a couple of warts on my penis. She gave me tagament and Aldara for my penis. I heard it works well but it takes a long time to actually work. I guess it just boosts the immunity of the virus so that your body cures it itself. If anyone else has anymore info on it please respond!
