Weird Shape

I had caught chlamydia 3 months ago and cured from it by doxycycline treatment, and I thought that the pain in my testicles is residual from chlamydia, well it seems not, as of course chlamydia doesn't cause elliptical shape for the testicles, recently noticed, with still with pain when I squeeze on them since already many weeks. The testicles have a larger volume and very thin blood vessels sometimes show on the scrotum. Any ideas of what s going on? I will see a doctor very soon, but plz write few words.
