Bumps on head of penis

Ever since I was 15 I have been getting small bumps on the head of my penis.
Have had no sexual contact and I am now 17.
Just wondering what they could be.

I have the same problem - small flesh colored bumps, but not around the head - on the shaft. They have been there a while, and never spread, never painful, never itch, etc. I was wondering the same thing, glad I found this message board to give me a little peace of mind.
