Chlamydia or Gonorrhea from Oral Sex?

Is it common to contract chlamydia or gonorrhea from someone performing oral sex. I'm a male, and let someone perform fellatio on me. Now the tip of my penis and my prostate are sensitive and I feel like I have to go to the bathroom more. I also have pain around my pubic bone.

I don't know if it is common or possible. You definitly need to see a doctor but it sounds like a UTI (urinary tract infection) which is easily treated.
