Help Please

I have had these bumps off and on down in my genital area for about three years now. I saw my gynecologist a couple years ago when I had a couple, and she said they were pimples! They rarely form a head and are just usually a bump which does resemble a pimple. I have just never heard of having them down there before. Has anyone else experienced this?

Well, I don't wear tight jeans so I don't think it would be that. But it could be from sweat glands I suppose. As long as it is nothing major. Thanks
