Red face HPV welts

My sex partner was diagnosed with the HPV virus and about 2 weeks ago i began noticing welts all over my body. the would appear in different parts and at different times. at first i thought i was having an allergic reaction . i tried an experiment and with the point of my fingernail i drew 2 lines on my arm about 2-3 inches long and within 10-15 minutes those line turned into welts that itched and lasted about 2-3 hours. My question is how advanced is my HPV virus and is there anything i can do to minimize my welt condition?

Those welts have nothing to do with the HPV virus. The virus only infects the skin/flesh and does not travel in your bloodstream. Getting welts (or hives) are not a symptom of having HPV. You need to look for other sources for your problem.
