Cure for HPV?

Hey i had a question...I dont really know what HPV is or much about it, But my friend has it and i saw a couple weeks ago on a news commercial that there is a cure for it...Is that true? I wanted to find out for sure before i said anything to my friend i didnt want to get her hopes up.

I think you misunderstood......there is NO cure if you already have it.......BUT if you dont have it there is NOW a vac. shot to prevent the virus......

One more thing.....you said that you are not fully sure or understand about HPV.....if you take a loot at the thread (author is me) "Q&A all about genital HPV..." you will get a general info about it. I think you should, because knowing 80 percert has the virus (most people dont even know it, because they carry no symptoms which the symptoms are warts). I think you should take a look at it.....
