my nails turn into red color instantly when i wash hands in cold water and they become red when i am in a room with conditioner. It is a blood right behind nails and i see it when i push nails. TELL me who knows anythng about it. Any time when i feel cold my nails becom red!!!!
Lack of circulation in the hands/nails will not cause them to turn red - they will become bluish instead. Also, cold will turn the nails bluish rather than red as well. Red nail beds signify an internal health problem and I would seek the advise of your physician.
