It depends on your skin type. I usually recommend an Oatmeal Bar for persons with normal to acne prone skin.

I don't wash my face with soap. When I take my shower I take one of those little plastic medicine cups and pour a little honey and sugar in it and srub my face with that, or I use just plain baking soda.
