Good Cleanser for Dry Skin??

Does anyone know if there's a good cleanser for dry/flaky skin? I'm on a BP medication and I need something to moisturize. I'm not looking for a particular moisurizer because I'm currently using Jojoba oil but a cleanser/scrub that won't cause breakouts would be ideal. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Cetaphil is good. I also like Aveeno. That is very good for dry skin and doesn't clog pores.

Also, exfoliate your skin afterwards, and apply a good moisterizer.
