can certain dri poison you?

I know it seems a little weird ... but I hardly ever get sick and I started using Certain Dri on Sunday and by Tuesday I had a fever. I'm just wondering, it does seem a little stupid, but my mother is the one that's asking if I could be getting sick from the aluminum chloride in the Certain Dri ... please help. Thanks in advance

Well it is possible for some people to have an allergic reaction to this product. These forms of deodorant are extremely high in aluminum chloride, which some studies have indicated may be dangerous over time (not conclusive). I would suggest that you contact your doctor, and perhaps discontinue using it for the time being.
