I don't ever break out, and it's been years since I've had any sort of issue with pimples on my face. My skin is combination and sometimes, especially during the summer, I need to use oil reducing products.
My question... Right under my lower lip I noticed some bumps. They aren't pimples but look almost like a rash. They hurt to the touch, too. And they've caused the area to become red.
I don't know what it is or how to treat it... help me please!
