Post Marti - Jojoba around eyes?

Marti - can I put jojoba oil around my eyes? My eyes are kind of saggy and I don't think this would help, but I would like to use it as a moisturizer around my eyes.

Also, you usually recommend that we put on jojoba first and let it soak in, then put on acne meds. Is there any time we should put on acne meds first?

Thanks for all your great advice!!!! I love the jojoba oil and would never have found it if it weren't for you!

Jojoba oil mixed with vitamin E is excellent for the undereye area - since this skin is the thinnest on the entire body (except for the skin under the tongue), this mixture of oils will help the 'sags'. It will not eliminate them, but help to make them less apparent.

If you prefer, you can always apply your acne medication at night without first applying the jojoba, but keep in mind that the molecules of the mediction are not nearly as small as those of the jojoba; therefore, the medication will not work as effectively since it can only work on the surface of the skin, rather than getting 'into' the skin where the problem lies.

Ok, Marti, so do you recommend I apply my jojoba oil first before my retin a in the evenings. I normally apply my jojoba oil 30mins after applying retin a. Is that a better idea or not.

The thing is that the skin surface is meant to be dry before applying the retin A.

Any comments???

Thanks
