Post dots, shampoo and bags

Ok, this is going to sound really random but I have a lot to say, and ask... First, and I KNOW other people get this because I see it all the time, but does anybody have any idea what those purplish dots that people get on their legs are? Not everybody has them but I do and it drives me crazy. They don't hurt or anything and it's not from shaving. I've had them as long as I can remember. Is there anyway to get rid of them? Ok next, um has anybody tried using a spray shampoo? The kind you don't rinse? If so what do you think? Finally, I found a way to reduce the bags under my eyes!!!! Mine are genetic and look absolutely terrible when I get up in the morning. I noticed that they didn't look as bad at night, when I went to bed so I tried elevating my head at night(the way you do when you have a cold). IT WORKED! I have absolutely no idea why so if this doesn't work for anyone else I'm sorry.
