How long is your hair?

You are a diffuse thinner like me, so I part my hair with one hand and part it all the way from the front to the back, the apply tiny drops into the part on the follicles... not on the hair.

Make 8-10 parts and do the same thing over, after just dab a bit on spots that you missed.

It doesnt have to be completely covered... layers in the scalp absorb it even into spots where there was no application.

First, thanks to your imput. My hair is neck lenght. Most of it has fallen out throughout the whole head. I thought of that. My right hand has some handicapped due to stroke. So it's very tiring and I am not sure I can do a good job.
