Wink Need help with nails please!!

I'm trying very hard to stop biting and picking my nails. (Stress-related I'm sure.) Anyway, I would love to hear anyone's ideas for keeping nails in good shape once I get them to a decent (any) length (lol). My nails are soft and break easily. Please share your ideas and thanks!

When I decided to stop biting my nails, it was difficult, but I did it.

One thing that helped was to (even if they were really short) file off the rough edges (since any rough edge would prompt me to bite it) and then use a nail strengthening clear Base Coat. You can add nail polish and a top coat too, but you don't have to. Just seeing the shine helped stop me every time I had the urge to bite.

I forgot to mention something. You mentioned that your nails are soft and break easily.

BIOTIN is a nutritional supplement found in multivitamins, but is also sold on its own. It is excellent for hair and nails. I would suggest getting it on its own as you can get a higher amount of milligrams (unless you'd benefit from multivitamins).

Get urself a pair of gloves;-) Once they are decent get tips or a clear nail polish that keeps them strong. (You could also go to a place that gives manicures and ask for a gel manicure...it's sum gluey polish they put on you that's supposed to keep them strong)
