Exclamation Interesting Finding

So I have been having a hard time sleeping the last 6 or so months. I lay in bed and cannot fall asleep, eventually I can fall asleep, but I do not get the 8 hours I want, as I have to get up for work the next morning. On the weekends, I usually fall asleep easier, because it is later, but I wake up early, and not feeling very rested. If I stay in bed, I don't sleep, I usually just end up with a migraine that day.

However over the holidays I slept quite well. I had a couple weeks off, and I was able to fall asleep quickly and wake up late. Last night, however I had a hard time falling asleep again. Go figure, my first day back at work, ad the sleep problems are back.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? If so what did you do? Thanks...

Thumbs up

My sleep doctor told me that some people think at night as they are trying to fall asleep. No work, less to think about. So, I was told to have a quite time but, not in the bed room to think about the day. Then get ready for bed, Hope this helps a bit, Kim
