Question I Can't get to sleep and then I can't seem to get up, WHY???

Can anyone give me any advice or informaation on why this has been happening to me. I have always had problems sleeping. My doctor put me on Trazadone to help me sleep. I know it is not the medication because it does not always happen like this some times I wake up after four or five hours of sleep and can't go back to sleep. can anyone tell me why it is hard for me to go to sleep and then I feel like I have not had any sleep so I keep sleeping and sometimes I feel like I am energize after four hours of sleep. I know it is not the medication because it happended to me before I was even on any medication to help me sleep.???
Any Advice I would greatly apreciate. Thanks.

Try some vitamin B, complex, natural, 50mg in the AM only. You should start to feel better in about 5 days. Vitamin B helps sleep in most cases, by giving you much needed energy, and stress reduction. I started taking it for rejuvenation about 4 years ago and noticed an immediate change in my sleep patterns.
