Question Nightmares

Hi there!
I have a question I hope someone could help me with. EVERY night I remember my dreams, which wouldnt be a problem except they are all nightmares (not "night terrors, just nightmares"). Seriously, I have had nightmares every single night since I can remember. I even remember some of my nightmares from 15 years ago! Im not sure if this is something serious or not so havent talked to my doctor about it. It just gives me a horrible feeling every morning because of these troubling dreams.....
Any information or ideas would be much appreciated!
Take Care,
Lori

Lori,
Are you on any meds to help you sleep? I have had problems with nightmares when my dr. gave me Deseryl (trazadone) to help me sleep.
The nightmares were constant and then I had very vivid dreams.
Good luck in finding the cause of your problem.
