Hi, Have you seen your doctor? These are symptoms of some things, example Low iron, Chronic fatigue syndrom, thyroid and much more. If you're doc. has run all the tests Tyroid, mono, iron, evb and all of those, then you should see someone else. I went to an infectious disease specialist because they thought I might have Lyme. No I have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, no readable cortisol levels and sleep disorders. I'm glade to know what is wrong but spent years finding out exactly what was wrong. Good luck and take care, Kim

Hi Kristi. My name is Christy! i have the same problem that you do! and i dont know what to do. I know you posted this a while ago, if you have found something that helps, could you tell me? i am soo tired all day long even though i sleep 9-12 hr a night. I am a college student and even though i sleep soo much i cant stay awake in some of my classes... i dont start till 10 or 11 so i get plenty of sleep.. i found myself falling asleep opening a roll of lifesavers.. that scared me cold. i know this probably sounds familiar. I have looked into the possibility of SAD (seasonal affective disorder) cause i have had serious depression. so now i have a light box that is supposed to help you "wake up" in the morning. It works sometimes... you might want to look into it if you still have this problem. It's nice to see i am not the only one.
Christy
