Question Apnea Symptom?

I have EBV and my doctor thinks I have CFS. My family says that I have been snoring a lot lately which made me do some research. I am now exploring sleep apnea as a potential cause of my fatigue. I have awoken in the morning with very red eyes. The blood vessels are all red. Is this one of the possible signs of sleep apnea or just something else to worry about?

Red face

It is very possible that you may have sleep apnea. You should go talk to your physician about this as there are many different treatments for this.

I dont know much about this, but it is a condition, where you wake up very frequently during the night without knowing it. It causes sleepiness all day, you fall asleep everywhere, driving, in the office, standing up, etc...

Keep searching, I don't know much about it, and I could be wrong

Smile

I was diagnosed many years ago with CFS. 5 Years later an expert on CFS suggested I had Sleep apnea. The red eyes are problably from lack ok proper sleep.
Contact a Sleep study institute for a test.
I have been using a CPAP machine (Helps keep breathing passage open while sleeping) for over 6 years and get excellent sleep results.
p.s. My CFS vanished six months after I retired at 57 due to poor health, mostly fatigue and back problems
I am convinced that stress was a major factor to my fatigue. I hope you get a solution soon and not have to wait 10 years as I did.
