Unhappy violent stretching

Can anyone tell me what might be causing me to stretch so violently that I wake myself
up? I have anywhere from five to a dozen of these episodes per night and I am soooo tired. During these stretches, I clench my teeth so tight that they and my jaws hurt the next day. I have even broken two teeth during them. It seems like once the stretch starts that I can't stop it until I have stretched my muscles to their limit. Thanks in advance for any info anyone might have.

Marti

Exclamation

I've never heard of that, but that doesn't sound good at all. I would certainly get to my doctor quickly, and get that straightened out. buck.
