Lightbulb Reasons list

Ok, for everyone who is quitting or trying to stay quit, here is some of the reasons I quit and will NEVER smoke again. I know I had tons of other reasons I didnt list though. Many of these things Ive read through the net and pamphlets, etc. and doesnt necesarily meen they WILL happen, only they COULD happen. Hope this list helps people like it helped me!

REASONS I QUIT
  • Lung cancer risk
  • Heart disease risk
  • My family's health
  • Bad teeth
  • Smells bad
  • Looked down upon in society
  • Cervical cancer and many other cancers risk
  • Get sick less
  • Sleep better
  • More energy
  • I can smell/taste better
  • Breathe easier
  • Makes everything it touches yellow over time
  • Heart fast
  • Recover better after surgery, especially if in an accident
  • Expensive
  • Time consuming (the smoking and the buying them)
  • I dont like being dependent on them
  • Makes lungs hurt
  • Bad cough
  • Emphazema risk
  • Asthma risk
  • Wasting too much of my life
  • Stroke risk
  • Cysts risk
  • Thyroid
  • Anesthesia and healing risk
  • Blood clots risk
  • Wrinkles
  • 1/2 smokers die as a result
  • I will live longer

Remember to keep reminding yourself why you are quitting constantly! Sometimes we forget untill we have another fall. Placing Post-It-Notes all over the place is a good idea!
Take care,
Lori
