Post Life is what happens between cigarettes

"Life is what happens between cigarettes" is my paraphrase of John Lennon. ("Life is what happens to you when you are busy making other plans")

I say it to myself whenever a craving comes along, to remind myself that yes, I could smoke a cigarette, but then where would I be? Nowhere new, but a smoker again. What a waste!

Do any of you have any affirmations or mantras to help with the cravings? I'd love to hear!

Wink

My 'mantra' if you like, is 'I refuse to conform to being a teenage non-conformist!' Think about it!!!!! All the best babe and keep smiling!
