Has anyone tried the herbel product Nicoban? It's a 7 day program to help you stop smoking. I just recieve mind in the mail and was wondering if it worked for anyone? Been smoking for 30 yrs at 2 packs a day but so afraid of the withdrawel and weight gain.

look the withdrawal from nicotine is bad bad at first.but gets better after each day .i,m on day 5 so i know . I also smoked for 14 years 1 and a half packs a day, the first day was hell same as the 3rd but i swear to u it will go away alot by day 4 .i,m also using zyban to help it seems to be working .

Honestly, I think the best way is just to quit cold turkey. Your'e gonna have pain any way you go, so you may as well just get it over with. Just like the last person said it gets a little better everyday. It's a mental thing , so don't let that cig be stronger than you. Good Luck! (ps I smoked for 20 yrs. before quitting). Buck.
