Hi!
I'm just wondering how everyone is coming along with quitting? The board's been pretty quiet lately...
As for me, I'm approaching my 6th month mark! I am extremely happy being a non-smoker. I get happier every day that goes by.

Doing great here, Lori! 3 weeks, 2 days, 9 hours, 420 cigarettes not smoked, $75.74 saved, life saved 1 day, 11 hours. Don't have much planned for the weekend, I am still not trusting myself to go back to the normal weekend habit of going out with friends to the favorite "watering hole". Will probably just spend the weekend quietly with my non-smoking husband! LOL

hello all, its been six weeks after smoking for 15 years (more than a packet a day) I feel great and have no cravings what so ever. I am so proud of myself and can't understand why someone would want to smoke now. Well done to all of you who have quit and continue not to smoke. Keep up the good work you guys!!!!!!!!
