Question From ciggarettes to cloves

I know that regular tobacco cigarettes have lots of chemicals and nicotine in them, and I know that if you smoke clove cigarettes habitually your lungs will get crystals on them. So they are both bad for you in there own ways.
Well my question is...
If you are trying to quit smoking reg. cigarettes and it is really hard for you would it be good to switch to cloves because they dont have chemicals and nicotine? it seems like a good way to ease off of reg. cigarettes...
Anybody have and comments on this?

Since smoking a clove is equated to smoking a chemical free cigar, probably not the best way to go. That's a lot of pressure to put on your lungs. If you are interested in using a non-chemical cig substitute try herbal cigarettes instead. No chemicals and all natural non-addictive (supposedly) ingredients. You can buy them at your local vitamin/herb store or I think smoke shops sell them. (I recently saw them at a mini-mart by my house, but I live in southern California where that kind of thing may be more prevalent.)

Just so I don't get flamed ( ), I've never smoked these and am not suggesting it's a good idea...just giving feedback.
