I seeing the NS wednesdday Now 6 weeks post-op c-7 fusion. I was surprised when at 4 weeks, he said I couldn't start pt yet, I feel o.k and want to go back to work. My regular dr. said he's seen people go back at 6 weeks, but the ns...without saying anyhting seems to be hinting at 12 weeks? One freind told me after back surgery, it took him 5 months to go back to work. what is the average?
