Post NON-DERMATONAL RADICULOPATHY

hey gang,
I had my E.M.G. says I have L5-S1 denervation. My Orthopedic Doctor says I have non-dermatonal radiculopathy. Anyone have a idea what that is? I have ostoearthritis in that same hip, I'm not sure if the denervation caused it. Any ideas will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance Bobbyj
