Post what could be causing this??????

Every time I get up from laying down, especially in the tub, I have this pain in my back and neck. It feels like my spine between my neck and upper back is going back into place when I stand up. It makes like a grinding sound. My upper back hurts all day long but it's not unbearable, more uncomfortable. I have a cyst on my cervical spine, it's been getting a little bigger. Is it possible this could be causing these symptoms. I also get headaches all the time. Thanks Becky

Had posterior lumbar interbody fusion at L4/L5/S1 on Jan. 30,'01 with 6 pedicle screws, 2 Steffe plates, 4 Brantigan carbon fiber cages and my own hip graft for spondylolisthesis. Wear leg braces (afo's on both legs)for drop foot from nerve damage.

ScarS, Thanks so much for the information. I'm going to look at it and see what it could be. Thanks again. Becky
