Post Is this a sign of stroke

Hello:

I was given improper medical treatment(as so stated by a few dr's.) which ended me up in the ER with a subendocardial infarction.
At the time of the incident, my BP dropped to 42/38...I seen dots, tunnel vision, chest pain etc. and headaches on 6/8/01. My blood test showed my heart making treponins...Next thing I knew was I was in intensive care.
They put me on 50 mg of Atenol since, but I have headaches, loss of short term memory
and I stutter when I try to formulate long sentences or words that need thinking about.
Like a menu...I read up a little on strokes and they all mention slurred speech...I don't slur but boy do I stutter....It's a shame in America that people where I go now laugh at it...
Anyway, the neurologist says it is either
lack of sleep due to another injury or I caused slight brain damage due to the BP drop.
Help!!!Does stuttering make it a possible stroke....Thanks

Had the EEG.....The administrator of the test would only tell me that one area showed more electrical response or a bump....She would not tell me any more.....The doctor never called me back to explain further....
Help..Any thoughts?
