Sickle cell, Nonsense mutation?
 

Can someone tell me if Sickle Cell is as whats known as a Nonsense mutation diease?

The variant I refer to is Sickle cell thalassaemia. Sickle cell trait from one parent, and beta thalassaemia trait from the other OR Sickle beta+thal.
