Is it possible to have sinus pressure/pain without a runny nose, etc? I just seem to have the pressure/pain.....

Can allergies cause this?

My last post has been unanswered.... hopefully, someone will respond to this one

You can definately have sinus pressure and pain without a runny nose, and allergies can be the cause.

Anyone with allergies ever feel tired alot? It's not that I'm sleepy all the time; rather, it's like I can never get enough sleep - if that makes any sense....

I have pain and pressure without a runny nose too. I also have had a lot of sinus infections in the past. My doctor finally sent me to an allergist and I found out I had allergies to molds, tree and grass pollens, as well as dust mites, dogs, and cats. I started taking the allergy shots a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping it helps those awful sinus headaches.

I too get tired a lot but I really thought it was from the sinus infections. Maybe not!

I also have a lot of post nasal drip. Do you?

No, I don't have any post nasal drip. Its nothing but pressure and pain above my eyes, behind my eyes and sometimes in cheeks and teeth. Every once in a while, the right side of my forehead will hurt, but it is mainly on the left side where most the pain is.
