Question How do I drain my sinuses?
Hello,

I've been suffering from constant dizziness and pressure in my head for months now, someone has suggested that my sinuses aren't draining properly. Does anyone know a way to drain them? I feel so congested!

I had this problem!
After a course of Antibitiocs and decongestant it cured it's I guess!
Good luck!
PS I know what you are going through!
