Sinus infection/ Nausea Question...

Okay this is weird, but....


I get sinusitis quite often, and i get horrible nausea not accompanied by a stomach ache that goes away when I blow my nose... Then 10 minutes later, Im nauseas again, blow my nose and it goes away... anyone else get this? its annoying

I am not a doctor...but it does not sound like allergies. I hope you find what it is.

You might have a sinus infection. Infected post nasal drip can irritate your stomach and make your nauseous

Thats the funny thing though, my stomach doesnt get upset at all!!
Its all in my head, like in my forehead, that nauseous feeling. As weird as it sounds, I have a fear of throwing up. Im 28 and have thrown up 2 days in my whole life. 24 hour flu's im guessing. Once when I was in 6th grade, and once in 10th. I havent thrown up in over 10 years. So when I got these feelings I would get all freaked out and go outside for air, talk myself out of throwing up, and all along all I had to do is blow my nose!!! I thought maybe my sinus's were so flared up that it was triggering the nausea button on my brain, and when I blew my nose it shrunk the flared sinus's.. Wishful thinking I know
