I have been having sinus problems for many years. I am 30 years old and they have gotten worse especially in the last year. I have tried everything under the sun, decongestants, sprays, antibiotics, allergy testing herbs, steam, currently irrigating (helps I think), etc. I have gone to a couple of ENTs now and they looked up my nose and said my sinuses look really good. I already had a CatScan and it showed sinusitus I guess. Now they want to do another one but I don't want to waste the money. Their tests never prove anything. He gave me another spray to try and said sometimes it is one of "those things that is hard to figure out". Yeah right while you roll around in your $$$ and rush from appt. to appt. we all suffer! It took me 2 months to get into this ENT. The last one I got in fast but had to wait for 2 hours before he came in to see me only to leave in like 2 minutes without anything. The more and more people I talk to the more I hear people have a lot of the same problems I do. Is this a government conspiracy to just get all this $$$ from drugs. That is all we do is try to mask are problems with drugs and usually those make you worse or cost a fortune. Ok. Yes I am bitter! ha. It is 2007 for pete's sake and we are living longer they say but yet we are as unhealthy as ever. I try to eat right and exercise, etc.

Some of my symptoms are a lot of burning/pressure in the cheeks by the nose and up the middle. My head gets really hot. I get a lot of nasal drip and that causes some horseness and a lot of nautiousness. I am tired! Got big shiners around my eyes and puffiness. My nose feels pretty dry or something to the effect of never getting any fresh air. Sometimes my glands swell, sometimes a bad runny nose, once in awhile sneezing. I have tried to cover every possible basis online and with Drs. It all comes back to... square one. I tought acid reflux was bad but at least I seem to be able to control it a bit. This! No way!

I can't remember who on this board suggested "Oil of Oreganol P73", but I would like to thank them.
I had what I knew was sinus presure on the left side of my face ( felt like I was having a stroke ). I have seen 2 Dr's in the last 5 months numerous times and they always gave me the same answer you got " everything looks fine". I finally found the Oil of Oreganol post and figured I had nothing to loose. I found it at the health food store Sat. about 12:00 PM took it in the parking lot since I was miserable and couldn't wait. By Monday evening I was feeling alot better. By the end of the week I felt normal again. Since I tend to have sinus problems I have continued a daily dose to maintain. The other day I gave the bottle to my son and my pressure has started comming back so I got a new bottle today and won't do without again.

By the way ... 5 drops under the tongue 3 times per day, hold at least 30 seconds ( burns a little ) followed by a glass of water.

I tried that ... I did the capsules... I also tried Oil of Oregano and that burns bad under the tougne so I started mixing it with juice. Can't say I noticed a huge difference. ? But I hear people swear by it!

The instructions on the post were to follow the instructions " exactly" and use only "Oil of Oreganol P73". from all the research I have done , this is the strongest and most pure. Maybe plain Oil of Oregano isn't the same. Yes it is strong ( it has the added benefit of making you tough Ha! Ha! ) and a little pricy at $30.00 a bottle. But it seems to work for me.
