Sinus Rinse works for everyone?

I used the sinus rinse for couple days now. It really helps to get out some of that gunk deep inside your nasal cavities. But I still notice my left side feels blocked after use, like the sinuses are clogged or something. Will the rinse be able to unblock it or thats something only surgery can do. How often do people rinse everyday. The directions state to keep rinsing each side till half the bottle is used up but i feel that may push some of the bacteria into your ears, making more problems.

Re: Sinus Rinse works for everyone?

It all depends on the source of the blockage.

Sinus rinsing can only help with allergic inflamation and clearing out mucus. If their is a deviated septum, sinus structure malformation, cyst, pollumps.. etc. It is only going to give minor relief.

Keep at it in conjunction with Nasonex after your morning rinse and if this doesn't help.. you most likely are looking at surgery to correct the issue.

SIncerely,
MG
